Job overview

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks and activities to execute marketing campaigns effectively. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of marketing while contributing to the success of our organization’s marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

Coordinate logistics and support the execution of marketing events, promotions, and sponsorships.

  • Content Creation:

Assist in creating marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing, for various marketing materials such as advertisements, social media posts, blog posts, and email newsletters.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.

  • Social Media Management:

Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.

Assist in developing social media content calendars and strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Market Research:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the industry.

Assist in gathering data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team.

  • Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing files and documents.

Assist in managing budgets, processing invoices, and coordinating with vendors and external partners.

Desired qualifications and attributes
