Responsibilities:

• Gather and compile data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and rectify data quality issues to maintain data integrity.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings clearly.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain data models to support forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven solutions.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for business improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Implement and enforce data governance best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like MetaBase, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently on projects.
• Familiarity with data governance and privacy regulations is a plus.
