We work hard, but also have a lot of fun!We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our small, but motivated team.At Kanon Gaming we are looking to expand our marketing strategies and brand awareness and are looking for a creative designer who is able to utilise their spectacular imagination in order to create new concepts and ideas, and present them visually to the management team.You will be a person who is able to take responsibility for your tasks and deadlines and add the extra flair to each and every project, small or large. Your responsibilities would be:

• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Keeping up to date with design and software trends
• Creating and designing various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establishing creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Prioritising and managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Performing retouching and manipulation of images
• Working with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with the same role
• Creative imagination
• To work well using different art techniques
• An understanding of colour, shape and form
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• To be able to manage deadlines and budgets
• Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, e.g Adobe Suite
• Excellent drawing skills with an attention to detail, and ability to bring characters to life (both by hand and digital pen)
• Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills
• Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Experience in creating a small videos is a must
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant qualification
• Willingness to work with, not against technology
