Job overview

As a Responsible Gaming Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting and ensuring responsible gambling practices within our organization. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring programs and initiatives aimed at promoting responsible gambling behavior among our customers and employees. Your work will contribute to creating a safe and sustainable gambling environment that prioritizes player protection and minimizes the risks associated with problem gambling.

Your responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to responsible gaming and problem gambling prevention.
• Support the implementation of responsible gaming policies and procedures across the organization.
• Provide support in the development and delivery of training programs on responsible gaming practices for employees.
• Aid in the implementation and monitoring of player protection measures, such as self-exclusion programs and responsible gambling tools.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and requests related to responsible gaming features and support services.
• Help maintain accurate records and reports on responsible gaming activities, incidents, and interventions.
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and patterns related to responsible gaming behaviors.
• Support research efforts to stay informed about current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in responsible gaming.

Desired qualifications and attributes

1-2 years’ experience in an iGaming or similar role
Responsible Gaming knowledge
Familiarity with the MGA frameworks
A passion for RG, with customer centric nature
Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of Scandinavian languages is considered a significant advantage but not essential
